Our clients are small and medium-sized companies, primarily in the Rhine-Main area, in the fields of services, industry, trades and free-lance professions but naturally also a large number of private individuals. For numerous small and medium-sized companies, we are the substitute for a legal department. We also see one of our assignments as being to identify potential sources of conflicts or actual disputes at an early stage and settle them through out-of-court consultation and representation, thus avoiding court cases.
